I believe crying is healthy. I find myself crying quite the healthy dose lately and in the last few years. Sometimes I feel like my tears are coming from a stream whose source is informed by ancient millenia old DNA and cellular memory. I just imagined it like looking for water sources in the earth, digging up the well. And how sometimes I get into a space that feels so numb for a few hours or a day, I don't know what's up, just something titillating there, ready to be broken open free, like stumbling a hard rock hard to get through underground place before the drill gets through the other side and a deep pure fresh virgin water is reached and liberated to bubble out it's nourishing, regenerative, life-giving life-force to surface. 💧
