Lucid Dreaming. Do you do it? What are your triggers?
Mine used to be counting fingers but I got out of the habit. Now it's trying to read text.
Most of the time, text in dreams is garbled like AI wrote it. Sometimes, it's clear and I can read it, but I can also change what it says, so legible or not, text can be a trigger.
