#PennedPossibilities 470: How would any of your characters reanimate a corpse?
The mage re-emergence ceremony reduces the number of available corpses. Burials happen before death occurs. The ritual brings people back, though it's not always a sure thing.
As to actual corpses, there's no known rite which will restore the dead. Humans have been known to argue that burials kill people, so they are technically revived, but mages don't view it like that.
