I’m done my 6 weeks. I am starting another 6 weeks.
Key accomplishments:
1- I lost 13lbs of fat while only losing 0.4lb of muscle.
2- my visceral fat level is down from 9 to 7.
3- I now have a healthy BMI

This week is a pivotal point in my life, my health hygiene.
I’m finish week 1 of a 6 weeks program to break bad habits and integrate good health habits.
Here are my accomplishments:
1- No carbs/added sugar or starch food.
This is diet with mostly berries as fruits, protein (chicken, veal, Greek yogurt, etc) and veggies.
No bread, pasta or anything like that
2- intermittent fasting (14 hours between last meal of prior day and breakfast)
3- I stoped coffees (only 2 matcha a day)
4- increase my water intake to 2.5L of water a day
5- reduced portions for super but constant portions for breakfast and lunch.
6- exercice Monday (leg day), Wednesday (upper body) and Thursday (cardio carnage). I joined a private IG group with live trainer giving us the exercices live. He is amazing (I’ll try to orange pill him)
Results:
I had massive headache for up until Wednesday (caffeine withdrawal) but now I’m great, I lost 1% in overall weight and I feel good physically and mentally.
It’s challenging the logistic of the meals since no more processed food and the budget is taking a hit but it’s with everything.
I’ll try to post daily from now on about what I eat and what’s up!
