Three Gallup studies reveal that leaders do not fully understand their employees' use of, and readiness for, AI. A significant number of Americans do not trust business' use of AI. The article offers three recommendations for leaders: measure how employees currently use AI, cultivate trust by empowering managers, and adopt a purpose-led AI strategy driven by the company's purpose instead of a fear-driven rules-heavy strategy.
