As Oasis are in the news at the moment, I thought I'd mention the cover of the 'Be Here Now' album released in 1997 as it contained a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow partly submerged in a swimming pool.
The venue was Stocks House in Hertfordshire, chosen because it had a pool that sat perfectly in front of the house which would work well for photographs. It also turns out that Stocks House was the home of Playboy UK and had previously had its fair share of 'interesting' parties.
