Yes, this is inspired by Dunbar principle and that sort of thing.
My hypothesis is that our shared network will be healthier if next-gen server libraries optimize for this number. Again, that by no means needs to exclude even 1000x scale. But solving for 100-200 people **first** makes a big difference in how a service product is designed.
