A big part of this is totally unsexy stuff that most people will never see or appreciate, which is a shame. The relays you use are going to be improved. This will make nostr more usable on worse networks and lower end hardware. Media servers will be more diverse, more tightly integrated, and easier to set up, and in some cases completely invisible to users who couldn't care less as long as their thing just works.
