It's Trash Day, also known as Wednesday around here.
Hubby and I did a fairly long walk yesterday, and I had a hard time keeping up with him. Speed walking is definitely not my favorite. Body is sore today. Gotta keep it up and vary workouts, otherwise I'm never going to lose the weight.
