Maybe one of these days I'll get to a point in my life where I don't have to split my attention so much and work on shit that I truly love.

Don't get me wrong, I will never stop cooking. I love cooking wholeheartedly. But I am getting really sick of the service industry in particular because it is causing me to split my attention too much when I feel like I should be focusing on Building out my fledgling business. Instead, now my entire week is fucked up because a coworker got sick, which I don't blame them for, it is entirely out of their control, I understand Shit happens. But the longer I work for this restaurant, the more they lean on me in situations like this.
