Not sure if there is still room for that kind of deal, reasonably a deal that doesn't please Russia at this point its simply not going to happen.
Unless it implies to simply go in guns blazing into the russian trenches, and while that happens, the arab world gets it done with "the grifters and swindlers hideout" in the middle east.
