💜 ยꝇเtђ ⚸🌙 (nprofile…6jfy) ☉Каролина♄ (nprofile…vtxd) In my experience, all it takes is:
1. Someone sees one instance of something that stands out
2. Someone else calls it the X instance
3. These two add together and is enough for the person to conclude that the second person was correct.
So for example, people see you and Choccy being extremely sexually aggressive with each other, or you being aggressive toward others. This is weird to them, and they think, “oh, that seems risky…” but they don’t make a judgement. Then later they hear someone call it a “sexual harassment instance” and they put 2 and 2 together and conclude “yep that tracks.”
Usually though, it takes someone experiencing a lot of actual instances of the offending behavior to finally say it is a pattern worthy of characterizing the entire group. But it doesn’t appear to be actually happening. Which is odd.
My hypothesis is that someone understands the above dynamic, and is purposely trying to trigger the sentiment in others by calling it as much.
In other words, it strikes me as malicious.
