Gaijin tried to push yet another economy nerf, people got mad and used steam reviews as their way to communicate, since gaijin ignores everything else. Gaijin’s response was “we’ll roll back the changes for now, but plan to do them in the future, since we think we’re right. Also, if you use steam reviews like this, you’ll kill the game”. This probably pushed more people to give negative reviews, since it looks like they’re just gonna try the same strategy of “announce(and maybe actually implement) a change that makes the game economy worse, only to backtrack when people push back hard enough, only to do the change again later, possibly spread out over time”.
