Oh I get it now.
We need to Vote at local levels for people who promise to fix the Voting systems so we can Vote at the state and federal levels for people who promise to fix the tyranny they impose on us.
It was so obvious, how could I have not realized this. It's our fault, you guys, we didn't Vote right.
