I bought a deegoogled phone a few years back. Best thing I ever did.
All my apps are deegoogled. I can still use every common normal app.
There are mostly lots of deegoogled alternatives.
Before I got a deegoogled phone I downloaded aurora store or something similar and then removed the Google play store. And removed and replaced every app on the phone that wasn't hard coded into the core. It was also pretty good.
