I've already finished Libre Relay v30.0rc1, based on Bitcoin Core v30.0rc1: https://github.com/petertodd/bitcoin/tree/libre-relay-v30.0rc1
The goal should be enough to pay for my hours of work so far, and a few more hours for the rest of the rc's and the final release.
