"content": "Besides blueberries, we also have s spot with Waldmeister! 🌿\nI think Woodruff is an absolute insider tip. The flavor is artificially added to a lot of foods. And it's just growing wildly here in middle Europe! \n\nWhen you gather it, leave it for some hours and it will intensify the very special taste. It's best to gather them before blooming. \n\nI brought some to my family for the easter weekend, to make a drink with woodruff flavor. 💚 just adding some white wine (non alcoholic) and lemonade and let the woodruff sit for some hours. \nNow I'm figuring out how to preserve the flavor for later this year.
