Put about 1lb ginger, peeled and cut into chunks, into a small pot. Add enough water to cover. Add ½tsp real vanilla and the peels and juice of 3 small limes. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat to low, cover, and simmer for an hour. Strain into a container; add an equal amount of vodka.Jessica Rabbit
