I don’t do any pharmaceutics, don’t drink alcohol, don’t smoke nicotine, don’t gamble, don’t watch porn, don’t have any legacy social media. I’ve been fortunate that I never caught the bug for any one of those given examples.
But god damn man, weed is my vice. Smoke ~3.5g a week. Not awful, but not great. Tough to be healthcentric while smoking anything combustible. A habit of about 10 years. Slowly recognizing my dependence on it. Gotta start working towards cutting that back. Not sure I’ll ever quit, but a reduction seems necessary.
