I ended up labeled a spammer by them after sending a single email on a new domain because I made a configuration error. The TLD registrar nuked the domain permanently. I don't know what sort of report Mailgun filed with the registrar. I never used Mailgun again. You're lucky you were able to get them to respond to you. I had no such luck.
