You have what you want from your candidate.
This does not mean by extension everyone else has what they want from your candidate.
Being annoying has hardly anything to do with it.
It's that you're satisfied that you think everyone else should be that seems pretty condescending.
Or that we don't know how things work, and we need it explained to us.
