The same snake later in the film… with his head stuck in side a balloon, manages to blow it up further (sucking gas from who knows where… I guess his bowel since it was lighter-than-air gas causing the balloon to float)… then uses his tail as a propeller to fly around.
Yeah, lots of biological and physical inaccuracies there. 🙂
The best bit though was the so-called "king" sucking his thumb. Reminds me of a certain presidential candidate running (sorta) right now.
