That one was a failure, real thick meat. Makes you doubt your skills.
Luckily I made a sirloin the next day and it was awesome! Whole family ate with joy. No pics, but it was aaight!

Last time I did that was in 2020 when saifedean (npub1gdu…6nak) himself provided instructions for a particular piece of beef I had. It was great, but now I'm retrying after a long time.
