I enter fall with trepidation every year.
It's easy to fall into rumination, and eventually SAD, so I formulate the best plan I can.
This year, I'm thinking:
Escape to somewhere sunny (if possible) a couple of times to break it up.
Keep getting outside, even when it's cold.
Push on the exercise front.
Avoid the seasonal and depressive eating habits.
Force myself to be social and get out.
Set and keep boundaries, as others I care for are also seasonally affected.
