let me be clear: the issue is NOT that the bridge exists. the issue is also NOT that you want to have a "big fedi".
the issue is that you assume all users being consent with their posts being federated outside of fedi without telling them so. thats why those bridges need to be opt-in. its not that hard to understand.
i mean, by his logic, if you want to buy a car, it would be assumed by default that you want all the options without even presenting them as options unless you ask.
