I won't until they grow. The method is to hopefully get something that will ferment maltose via this method, and monitor it along the way. As long as it smells ok and doesn't grow mold then I will step the starters up to a larger size and if they smell ok, I'll give it a taste. If it tastes decent then I'll use the yeast in a beer of a few gallons at least to see how it goes.
