quotingI feel this hard every time I walk the streets of Mexico.

The people here have a very strong sense of family-appreciation/togetherness that's beautiful to witness...but it's being significantly strained by almost universal poor health.
There aren't as many walking refrigerators as in USA, but practically everyone is bloated, inflamed, and visibly hormonally-imbalanced.
The older generations' already poor diet of tortillas, beans and rice has degraded even further into potato chips, seed oils and fruit juice as the primary food groups.
Nearly impossible to go for a 15-minute stroll through town and not see multiple mothers stuffing their kids' faces with candy. It's hard to watch.

Thank you Ben Wehrman 🎙⚡️🥩 (nprofile…wwax) for the shout out. Things are quite challenging health-wise in Mexico, but I'm hopeful that I can make a small contribution to improving the situation. My goal is to eventually sustain myself financially online so that I can have the freedom to travel around the country and promote the #carnivore diet at a local level. One of my big objectives is to organize a carnivore conference in northern mexico, where beef is already part of the culture.
