I just got back from BTC Prague last night and I'm headed back to the fiat mines first thing this morning.
The best part of the conference was just getting to meet so many bitcoiners. You could sit down next to any one and have a great conversation like my new friends Johannes and David from nprofile1qyvhwumn8ghj7cn0wd68ytnwda4k7arpwfhjuam0wf4szymhwden5te0dehhxarj9ehz6arf9ekk2qpq6jpd4g96wrsmmzhet53jdzxr06ujtmnt773tnvvn63t5y0n2fy9sxsw9dz (nprofile…w9dz), or Nick from Bulgaria(if anyone knows cybersecurity Nick please let me know), or hanto (nprofile…kg5d) and many big names as well.
What I really got out of this trip was hope. Seeing so many people who sincerely want to make the world a better place and are doing something about it was so inspiring to see.
It made me realize we are already changing the world just by being a who we are and sharing that with others. Each one of us is a bitcoin node, whether you run a node or not, and we broadcast our signal to our individual social networks just by having a conversation, supporting cool businesses, and sharing bitcoin with the world. One day, when enough of us are broadcasting uplifting bitcoin signals we will change the world and there is nothing that can stop it.
