Florida's Constitution contains an explicit right to privacy, and the Florida Supreme Court has repeatedly held that the Fl Const protects the right to abortion.
Unfortunately, Florida's Supreme Court has gotten very conservative, and tomorrow will hear arguments on Florida's 15 week ban.
The Fl S.Ct. is expected to uphold it, paving the way for a 6 week ban
