I know we're not fans of the guardian here, but I do want to assert that the transphobia is coming from upper management and the journalists actually writing the stories are pissed off abut it.
We do actually need a news media in this country. It's not optional.
Seeking to harm the workers who write the stories is kind of a dick move, tbh. Journalists are workers. The NUJ is a real union.
