There are two kinds of Executive Orders coming from Trump.
The first are the legal or illegal ones written by the anti-government, authoritarian Project2025 puppet masters. Most of those have been released.
The second are the fevered, illogical, incoherent, or just bizarre ones (legal or illegal) issued by Trump exactly like he would tweet if he wasn't president.
