Not sure about them. Checkout Mullvad, IVPN, or Safing.io. You don't even have to make an account and can pay with Bitcoin or Monero if you wish. Still have to trust them somewhat, like any VPN, but they do a good job open sourcing and minimizing that trust as much as possible.
