I’ve been his intermediary, sometimes knowing a lot/sometimes learning a lot; we’re working with Walter, Penmor Lithographers’ customer-service rep on the job; he interfaces with the rest of the operations here. On the press side, two people run the press (fore and aft), there's a press-room supervisor, and there’s a general manager. The president of the company also pops in.
