"content": "MEV is a plague for users from my limited understanding of it. Will be interesting to see how this plays out. It’s funny because you hear some people propose that if the code allows for something then it is ok to do. That is ridiculous but people actually think that. This would make it very clear that that’s not the case from a legal standpoint. I wonder the impact this will have on ETH adoption in general.
