Not sure how mobile data packages works there but most nostr clients are pretty data hungry atm. Maybe Amethyst devs are able to make some kind of data-saving mode where you don't need to pull all the data that you pull today. E.g. pull only from a small set of relays while on a mobile network connection, disable automatic pull of reaction events, etc.
