npub1dkrgz934rkamqsm7e9l6wns8au8jm0tpwtzc2g30pdtc28wmuzcs32l5qs (npub1dkr…l5qs) back in the day my brothers and I each got a nickel allowance if we had done our chores all week (an hour a day). A regular candy bar (except for a Mounds or Almond Joy) was a nickel so it was an easy choice for me. But one time my oldest brother waited three weeks and bought a box of Cracker Jacks. We were darned jealous and watched as he unwrapped a very cool (annoying, loud) whistle which he employed to loudly annoy my parents. He shared one kernel each with the rest of us. Jeesh.
