Another annoying thing about trying to find a decent NextCloud provider is that unless you give them your bank details and make an account, you actually have no clue what the experience of being with that company will be like. Why is it so hard to cater to non-techy individuals who want a cloud service, but don't want the hassle of dealing with the back end?
