I don't get the "it is complicated, like making Wi-Fi work on Linux".
Do many people genuinely still have problems making Wi-Fi work on Linux?
I haven't had to anything more than selecting the network and entering the key in years.
Even (ha! "Even") doing it from a terminal was as trivial as selecting the network and entering the key.
To me, that criticism has a strong "it is complicated, like correctly setting the choke on your car's engine" vibe to it.
