Not doing at my best, mentally.
While the political mess that the world is in is serious enough that I feel that the work I'm doing really, truly couldn't be more important, it's tough to feel like *anything* is worthwhile or possible to make better when things are this bad in the world.
I'll pick myself up and keep going, because that's all I can do. But tonight I'm pretty depressed.
