I want to make an OP_CTV playground but CTV has a problem:
- it doesn't work on regtest
- it doesn't work on testnet3
- it doesn't work on testnet4
- it works on signet but the faucets are too rate-limited
- it works on mutinynet but the sole existing faucet is too rate-limited
