I've finally taken the protective hessian wrap off the section of lime-mortared boundary/retaining wall we had rebuilt back in the autumn. We're on a slope so our side, the other side, is a good 60cm taller than pictured. For the sake of my bank balance, I wish we'd just put a fence up, but that didn't seem the right thing to do.
