Remember that life it LOOOOOOOOOONG.
I'm with
PABLOF7z (npub1l2v…ajft) on this - you have to really be conscious that it's a marathon and act accordingly.
Recently, it's helped me to think of life more explicitly as chapters. I've still got a lot to write so panicking about where I am now does me no good.
One of my goals for 2025 is to take better care of myself; I need to remind myself daily that this is a marathon and not a sprint.
Building respectful freedom tech demands respecting our own humanity and limitations.
There’s too much at stake to burnout and cave to depression.
