I would like to retract an earlier toot, that Kevin McCarthy was the most stomach-turning Republican politician in my lifetime. (I'm 80.) Execrable bag of flesh that Kevin is, I just saw Newt Gingrich sneering about the Fulton indictment and it all came rushing back. If anybody needs proof that there is no god, the fact that New Gingrich hasn't been stricken with boils and his home overrun with toads yet should suffice. One would think he'd poison himself with his own spittle.
