not that much! the average person has ~9.8kg of carbon, assuming a worst case scenario where all of it gets burned and turned into CO2 (very unrealistic), that would still only be ~36kg of CO2 (since the molar mass of CO2 is 12g + 16g*2 and of carbon alone is 12g, so 9.8 = 12/44 * x)

~36kg is roughly equal to driving ~188km on gasoline, which is ~3 average american commutes, so actually burning them had net negative emissions considering what they would release by living :3
