I like not having to clip out, and the super stable footing when getting off to walk.
I still use clips for road but for gravel and mtb I'm definitely enjoying flats.
I did 101k on flats on Weds and didn't notice any pedalling difference or flex.
I did however move my ankle to clip out before lifting my foot off a few time 😄
