#SCOTUS Prez Immunity ruling question: What happens when a GOP VP refuses to certify the election throwing it to a house vote and the Prez pardons the VP? With a house vote, each state gets an equal vote and there are more red states than blue states? This doesn’t work the opposite direction. Has anyone else noticed this frightening possibility? Am I wrong and missing something?
