Man mauled to de*th in front of his 4-year-old son by his "bully dogs," in Mira Mesa, California.
The dogs turned red because they were so bloody and fled the scene after police tased them. One of the dogs wandered into a man's garage which was caught on surveillance camera.
Ortega was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced de*d.
"Bully dogs" are a similar breed to pit bulls. It's unclear why they attacked.
