I love hot showers, at least I used to. Eight years ago I heard about Wim Hof, the Iceman. Since then, all my showers have been cold, and every morning, a shock of cold reminds me that I'm tougher than I thought I was.
I also use less time, energy, and water getting clean. And it's an instant 100% wake-up.
Most people I tell about this in real life think I'm crazy. Like when I tell them about Bitcoin, nostr, refusing to wear shoes with "arch support", or eating only meat.
I wonder how many will read the above think I'm partly crazy, as in some variation of: "Well, sure, cold showers and barefoot shoes are great, but you'll get cancer if you don't eat enough vegetables!"
