We've been doing a basic push/pull/legs routine for a little over a month. Next month I'm gonna change it up into just push pull with the appropriate push and pull leg exercises integrated so we can hit everything twice a week. It's going to mean more multipoint exercises and circuits because we still only have about an hour.
