When it comes time to start back-and-forthing with the publisher do you just convert to Word once and thereafter that's the master doc, or do you keep converting both ways? I'd have thought the latter would be a bit fragile, but more so than just having to use Word?
Also, have you tried Ulysses, if you like Markdown? (Genuine question: want to know what you don't like.)
